{"id":3102,"date":"2025-10-24T14:52:32","date_gmt":"2025-10-24T14:52:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ptepa.es\/?p=3102"},"modified":"2025-10-28T14:55:31","modified_gmt":"2025-10-28T14:55:31","slug":"ptepa-participa-en-la-sesion-sobre-sostenibilidad-y-cambio-climatico-en-el-marco-del-iii-foro-anmupesca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ptepa.es\/index.php\/2025\/10\/24\/ptepa-participa-en-la-sesion-sobre-sostenibilidad-y-cambio-climatico-en-el-marco-del-iii-foro-anmupesca\/","title":{"rendered":"PTEPA participa en la sesi\u00f3n sobre Sostenibilidad y Cambio Clim\u00e1tico en el marco del III Foro ANMUPESCA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Queremos expresar nuestro agradecimiento a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/anmupesca\/\">Anmupesca<\/a> por contar con PTEPA en la sesi\u00f3n \u00abSostenibilidad y Cambio Clim\u00e1tico\u00bb celebrada en el marco del III Foro ANMUPESCA.<br><br>En la sesi\u00f3n intervinieron las investigadoras Eva Velasco, del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/ieo\/\">Instituto Espa\u00f1ol de Oceanograf\u00eda<\/a> (IEO-CSIC) de Santander; Laura Garc\u00eda, del Instituto <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/indurot-universidad-de-oviedo-8227b7116\/\">INDUROT Universidad de Oviedo<\/a> y Marta Albo, del IEO-CSIC de Baleares.<br><br>Eva Velasco expuso c\u00f3mo las variaciones en los par\u00e1metros f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicos del medio \u2014como la temperatura, la salinidad, etc.\u2014 afectan a la distribuci\u00f3n de determinadas especies marinas. Laura Garc\u00eda analiz\u00f3 los efectos socioecon\u00f3micos derivados de estas cambios en distribuci\u00f3n y abundancia de especies de inter\u00e9s pesquero, mientras que Marta Albo subray\u00f3 la relevancia de los Planes de Adaptaci\u00f3n al Cambio Clim\u00e1tico como herramienta esencial para la sostenibilidad del sector pesquero y acu\u00edcola nacional.<br><br>Durante el espacio networking surgi\u00f3 el inter\u00e9s por conocer la integraci\u00f3n de la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero en los estudios cient\u00edficos. Se destac\u00f3 que, aunque no suele incluirse directamente en los estudios sobre stocks pesqueros o de distribuci\u00f3n de especies, s\u00ed se incorpora en los estudios socioecon\u00f3micos, considerando variables como sexo o grupo de edad entre otros.<br><br>Desde PTEPA quisimos poner en valor el trabajo de las investigadoras en ciencias marinas y pesqueras a nivel nacional, cuya labor cient\u00edfica, as\u00ed como la de sus compa\u00f1eras y compa\u00f1eros de investigaci\u00f3n, resulta clave para el conocimiento y la sostenibilidad del sector.<br><br>Asimismo, los grupos de trabajo de PTEPA incluyen l\u00edneas espec\u00edficas sobre igualdad, destinadas a visibilizar y normalizar la presencia de la mujer, tratando de normalizar su trabajo como tripulantes, armadoras y profesionales en toda la cadena de valor, as\u00ed como su incorporaci\u00f3n a puestos directivos y de decisi\u00f3n.<br><br>Priorizando la capacidad, la experiencia y la formaci\u00f3n de las personas, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de su g\u00e9nero, como pilares para el desarrollo sostenible y la competitividad del sector.<br><br>Compartimos tambi\u00e9n espacio con D\u00f1a. Aurora de Blas, Directora General de Ordenacion Pesquera y Acuicultura del MAPA, que detall\u00f3 los desaf\u00edos del nuevo FONDO europeo; D\u00f1a. Covadonga Jim\u00e9nez de la Subdirecci\u00f3n General de la Seguridad Social de los Trabajadores del Mar y D\u00f1a.
