\u00a1Hoy se inaugura CONXEMAR Lab!<\/a><\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ubicado en la\u00a0sede de Conxemar en Vigo,<\/strong>\u00a0este espacio tiene vocaci\u00f3n divulgativa y est\u00e1 concebido como una visita imprescindible para los centros educativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A trav\u00e9s de\u00a0tecnolog\u00eda interactiva\u00a0<\/strong>y otras actividades l\u00fadicas, Conxemar Lab<\/a><\/mark><\/strong> ofrece un\u00a0recorrido multisensorial<\/strong>\u00a0para conocer de forma directa c\u00f3mo funcionan el mar, la pesca, la acuicultura, la transformaci\u00f3n y la comercializaci\u00f3n de los productos del mar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los talleres de cocina con pescado ofrecidos en el aula son una propuesta pionera<\/strong> en el \u00e1mbito educativo, consolidando a Conxemar Lab como referente en Galicia por la calidad y capacidad de sus instalaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Sensibilizar a los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os sobre la\u00a0cadena de valor<\/strong>\u00a0de la pesca y la acuicultura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Fomentar\u00a0h\u00e1bitos de alimentaci\u00f3n saludable<\/strong>\u00a0desde edades tempranas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Poner en valor la\u00a0importancia econ\u00f3mica, social y alimentaria<\/strong>\u00a0del sector pesquero y transformador.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Sensibilizar sobre la\u00a0sostenibilidad,<\/strong>\u00a0el uso eficiente de los recursos y el aprovechamiento de subproductos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Impulsar la\u00a0transformaci\u00f3n digital<\/strong>\u00a0del sector mediante la integraci\u00f3n de herramientas TIC, tecnolog\u00eda interactiva y soluciones innovadoras.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    1. Zona envolvente<\/strong>: proyecci\u00f3n con efectos sonoros de ecosistemas marinos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Maqueta interactiva:<\/strong>\u00a0maqueta tridimensional con proyecciones sobre la cadena de valor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Consejos pr\u00e1cticos sobre consumo y nutrici\u00f3n<\/strong>: murales explicativos, figuras e imanes que ilustran h\u00e1bitos saludables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Recreaci\u00f3n de un supermercado:<\/strong>\u00a0escenograf\u00eda de una tienda de congelados y productos del mar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Taller de cocina:<\/strong>\u00a0cocinado, elaboraci\u00f3n y degustaci\u00f3n de una receta de pescado y marisco congelado.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
