El GIEC formada por 30 plataformas tecnol\u00f3gicas y de innovaci\u00f3n, junto con la Agencia Estatal de Investigaci\u00f3n, organizaron este mi\u00e9rcoles 13 de diciembre una Jornada informativa en formato online, sobre la nueva Convocatoria de Colaboraci\u00f3n P\u00fablico -Privada 2023. La sesi\u00f3n cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 260 asistentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La jornada comenz\u00f3 con la bienvenida e inauguraci\u00f3n por parte de Rebeca Lago, miembro del GIEC y Secretaria T\u00e9cnica de la Plataforma Tecnol\u00f3gica Espa\u00f1ola de la Pesca y la Acuicultura (PTEPA), qui\u00e9n hizo una breve presentaci\u00f3n del Grupo Interplataformas de Econom\u00eda Circular y de las plataformas tecnol\u00f3gicas que lo forman en representaci\u00f3n de distintos sectores estrat\u00e9gicos en la transici\u00f3n hacia una Econom\u00eda Circular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

David Monllor. Secretario t\u00e9cnico de la Plataforma Tecnol\u00f3gica de Sectores Manufactureros Tradiciones (PLATECMA), contin\u00fao con la presentaci\u00f3n de las herramientas online disponibles en la web de GIEC (www.giec.es<\/a>) , por un lado, la herramienta \u201cConectando Ideas\u201d, en la que los usuarios pueden publicar y consultar ideas de proyecto que deseen desarrollar y presentar a las diferentes convocatorias de ayudas, realizar b\u00fasqueda de socios para consorcios, etc, as\u00ed como, \u201cConectando Entidades\u201c, una herramienta online de identificaci\u00f3n y localizaci\u00f3n de entidades, cuyos perfiles han de estar localizados por c\u00f3digo postal, que en la actualidad, cuentan con m\u00e1s de 90 perfiles de entidades registradas en esta herramienta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seguidamente, Rebeca Lago, present\u00f3 los \u201cDistintivos GIEC\u201d y c\u00f3mo las entidades interesadas lo deben solicitar a trav\u00e9s de las Plataformas Tecnol\u00f3gicas de su sector y con el aval de \u00e9stas, el GIEC emitir\u00e1 una carta de apoyo al proyecto. Si este proyecto sale adelante, obtendr\u00e1 el Distintivo GIEC, que le permitir\u00e1 obtener numerosas ventajas, como su difusi\u00f3n en las distintas jornadas del GIEC y una mayor visibilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En la segunda parte, la Jefa de la Subdivisi\u00f3n de Programas Tem\u00e1ticos Cient\u00edficos-T\u00e9cnicos de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaci\u00f3n, Mar\u00eda \u00c1ngeles Ferre, explic\u00f3 con detenimiento la convocatoria de Colaboraci\u00f3n P\u00fablico-Privada, la cual se publicar\u00e1 a lo largo del mes de diciembre con su apertura prevista para la segunda quincena de enero de 2024. Esta convocatoria est\u00e1 destinada a financiar proyectos de desarrollo experimental en colaboraci\u00f3n entre empresas y organismos de investigaci\u00f3n con una duraci\u00f3n de 3 a\u00f1os y deber\u00e1n contar con un presupuesto m\u00ednimo de 400.000\u20ac. El presupuesto total de la convocatoria ser\u00e1 de 320 millones de \u20ac de los cuales 80 millones \u20ac ser\u00e1n en forma de subvenci\u00f3n, 60 millones de \u20ac provienen de fondos FEDER y 180 millones \u20ac en forma de pr\u00e9stamo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre los distintos beneficiaros de esta convocatoria est\u00e1n los organismos p\u00fablicos de investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo, Empresas y organismos de I+D privados, dependiendo de su naturaleza jur\u00eddica variar\u00e1 la modalidad de subvenci\u00f3n. Para esta convocatoria se mantiene la ayuda en forma de subvenci\u00f3n para Doctores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adicionalmente, se hizo \u00e9nfasis sobre las novedades de esta convocatoria, respecto a las del 2022 y 2021, entre las que se tiene:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los costes indirectos para empresas y asociaciones empresariales, ser\u00e1 de un 20% de los costes directos concedidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por otro lado, esta convocatoria no tiene Fondos de Recuperaci\u00f3n, aunque si bien tiene fondos FEDER, es muy probable que para esta convocatoria no se solicite obligatoriamente la preparaci\u00f3n y presentaci\u00f3n de la evaluaci\u00f3n del principio de no causar un da\u00f1o significativo al medioambiente (\u201cDNSH\u201c).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, la jornada concluy\u00f3 con la resoluci\u00f3n de m\u00faltiples dudas de los asistentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde PTEPA publicaremos una nueva noticia sobre esta convocatoria \u201cColaboraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica-Privada\u201d cuando salga publicada la misma a principios de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
